Internship for students and MA students - Open4U!
Are you a student or master's student and want to see what your career could look like? Join Open4U!
Our internship offers the young generation the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the years of study and to develop both professionally and personally.
From July to August 2025, you can join our teams in various departments and discover, under the guidance of our colleagues, the organizational environment at OMV Petrom and the specific activities of the energy industry.
Open4U was launched in 2012 and so far over 1000 curious and motivated young people have experienced this program, sharing the enthusiasm and passion for learning with us.
This year, we have prepared for you:
- Practical experiences, working on real projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor and learning more about the energy field.
- Trainings that will help you discover your maximum potential.
- Special events, through which you will build your professional network. You will have the opportunity to participate in networking sessions with other young people with common interests and specialists from various fields.
- Collaboration opportunities within future company programs.
What is the framework for Open4U?
- Organization: 2-month internship program, July – August 2025
- Hybrid work schedule: Monday-Thursday 8.5 hours and, because we appreciate weekends, Friday we work only 6 hours
- Monthly allowance: 4000 RON gross
- Locations: Bucharest (Petrom City), Petrobrazi Refinery
- Shuttle service: provided on predetermined routes
We are eager to meet you if:
- You are a 2nd, 3rd, 4th-year student or a master's student
- You study one of the following fields: Economics, Mechanics, Automation, Law, Geology, Social Sciences, Communication, Marketing, Transport, Construction, Chemistry
- You have advanced English language and digital skills
- You have passed all exams and obtained a minimum general average of 7.5 in the 2023-2024 academic year
