OMV issues Q2/12 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q2/12 Trading Statement on July 20, 2012, at 8.00 a.m. CET (9.00 a.m. Bucharest time). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news. This trading statement provides basic information for the second quarter, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom will report the consolidated results for Q2/12 and January – June 2012, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards on August 8, 2012 at 8.30 a.m. local time (7.30 a.m. CET).
