 Petrom hereby announces that the Trade Registry appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consultants SRL with registered office in Barbu Vacarescu nr. 301-311 Cladirea Lakeview, sector 2, Bucuresti, registered with Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J40/25750/1994, ANEVAR member under no. F10/0156 as the independent expert which will determine the price of the shares to be paid to the shareholders which exercised their sell-out right.
